I raised a ticket with Digital Ocean about the verification problems some students have been having.

Their response is below.

If you have problems, please quote the ticket number in the response  and your droplet will be unblocked. 


Thanks for your update and explanation of this. I can certainly understand the frustration you and the students are going through for this. We can't prevent the accounts for getting flagged for additional verification (you can probably understand how this would appear as strange activity) but we can certainly try to help you get through this easier. 
If you have students that get flagged for verification, can you just have them reference this ticket (Ticket #392778) and so that we can reference your explanation?
